Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

HEIR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

HEIR is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue with your delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist whenever possible.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
